UNIT UPKEEP – MINOR REPAIRS

Inspect units, equipment, and appliances for functionality, checking for faults and fixing them where they exist to keep all things running and functioning properly

Diagnose problems and facilitate their prompt repairs for the convenience of the lessee, and carry out repairs on minor problems, such as light fixtures, clogged toilets, leakages, peeling wall and furniture

Responsible for scheduling the repair and maintenance at all the facilities of an
organization

The maintenance technician is required to have mechanical skills to handle minor
repairs and fixtures

Is responsible to know how things work and how to keep the place organized, as well as how to tackle maintenance tasks in a fast and easy manner

The property maintenance technician needs to have strong communications skills for effective delivery of information to clients, colleagues, and management.

MAINTENANCE REQUEST MONITORING
-
Includes maintaining an organized scheduling and tracking system to effectively complete all maintenance requests in a timely manner and in the order by which they were received or by level of urgency.

Job Qualifications

Male
-
At least High School Graduate
-
Must have 6 months and up Maintenance Technician Experience with COE
-
No experience but with NCII in Electrical Installation Maintenance (EIM), Ref and Aircon Conditioning (RAC), Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)

Must be willing to work in SAMPALOC MANILA

Must possess strong leadership and committed

Must be hardworking, flexible, result oriented and up to challenge

Must be willing to work on extended hours
